Darlene Rabena is an Associate in the firm’s Transactional Group at LKP, practicing in the areas of corporate and securities law. Her practice touches on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions, initial public offerings, private equity transactions, corporate finance, corporate formation and governance, and other general corporate representation.
She received her B.A. in Rhetoric and Social Welfare from the University of California Berkeley in 2008 and her J.D. with a concentration in International Law from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 2013. Ms. Rabena is admitted to practice before all California state courts and in the United States District Court, Central District of California. She is a member of the California State Bar and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
Ms. Rabena is also the founder of BKP-California, Inc., a California non profit that opens libraries in impoverished areas of the Philippines. As of 2017, she has helped collect over 35,000 books and opened about 30 mini libraries throughout various regions in the Philippines.
